This was produced in July 1981 in the wake of the English riots that spread throughout the country, but very few copies were distributed as I got a lot of dismissive contempt from people close to me and didn’t have the personal confidence at the time to go ahead and distribute it , apart from in a  bookshop or two. It’s not a very clear copy, and I might sometime in the future, re-type the thing out. But it’s just an archive text, and is just about readable so I probably won’t.
